About WOODCOMPLAST & Technical Precision

Engineering next-generation Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) materials that combine the organic beauty of real wood with high-density polymer durability.

A Pioneer Among German WPC Manufacturers

WOODCOMPLAST remains a pioneer among German WPC manufactures in terms of production technologies. We produce premium WPC products for challenging hot and outdoor projects. WOODCOMPLAST offers premium Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) decking, Pergola, Wall cladding, and outdoor furniture.

Our marine deck series from co-extrusion WPC deck boards are our most popular and durable WPC decks. WOODCOMPLAST WPC decks are shipped to 27 countries including European, Asian, and GCC markets.

Third-Party Evaluation & Research Rigor

WOODCOMPLAST Engineering & Technical Precision are incorporated with Strictness in Testing & Certifications. Combining the natural beauty of wood with the extreme durability of high-density polymers, our products are engineered to withstand the harshest environments without rotting, fading, or splintering.

🔬

Institute for Wood Research

We prepare wood-plastic composite (WPC) formulations to rigorous third-party evaluation, such as testing by the Institute for Wood Research and frequently achieving top durability ratings against fungal decay.

🛡️

360° Co-Extrusion Armor

Unlike mono-extrusion boards that leave core fibers exposed, our outer polymer shell completely encapsulates all four sides, creating an impermeable barrier against moisture, stains, and UV degradation.

🌍

Shipped to 27+ Countries

From the sub-zero winters of Northern Europe to the extreme 50°C+ summer heat of GCC nations (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait), our decks deliver proven dimensional stability.

Strict Engineering & Installation Guidelines

To ensure the 25-year structural warranty and optimal aesthetic longevity, adhere strictly to our technical installation criteria.

⏱️

72-Hour On-Site Acclimatization

Deck boards must be unbundled and laid flat in the installation area for a minimum of 72 hours prior to fastening. This equilibrates core moisture and temperature to ambient site conditions.

💨

Sub-Deck Ventilation (Min 25mm)

Maintain an unobstructed continuous airflow gap of at least 25mm below the decking substrate. Proper cross-ventilation prevents heat buildup and condensation under the boards.

📐

Joist Spacing & 1% Fall Slope

Maximum joist center-to-center span is 350mm for residential and 300mm for commercial projects. Provide a 1% to 1.25% slope away from adjacent building walls for swift drainage.

Installation Aspect Engineering Specification Technical Objective
Pre-Installation Acclimatization 72 Hours flat storage on site Thermal and moisture equilibration to prevent post-installation movement
Continuous Sub-Ventilation ≥ 25mm clearance under joists Prevents moisture entrapment, vapor pressure, and differential thermal expansion
Sub-Structure Joist Spacing Max 350mm (Residential) / 300mm (Commercial) Eliminates board deflection under heavy static and dynamic loads
Drainage Fall / Slope 10mm per meter (1% - 1.25% slope) Ensures rapid rainwater runoff and prevents water pooling on surfaces
Expansion Gap at Butt-Joints 4mm – 6mm depending on ambient temp Accommodates ASTM D696 longitudinal thermal expansion
